Update: 4/2/2025 I am now on 7.5mg. I have lost a total of 22lbs towards my goal weight. I see negative comments in this feed, but my personal experience has been great. The first time you order you have to realize that you are just starting a new med and the doctors have to look at your chart, they have to make sure you are not ordering something that could hurt you. SO YES THE FIRST TIME YOU ORDER TAKES A LITTLE LONGER!! We are in a day and age that everyone wants everything right now, but when dealing with medications there is no INSTANT GRADIFICATION. Medication takes time, but you also need to change your eating habits. No medication is a "Miracle Fix" and you dont have to do anything but take a shot to get to your goal. Even with the help of medication, it takes some work on your part as well. OriginaI Post: just started with Citizen Meds and this is my 2nd month. Turn around time is quick and they are not consistatly out of medication like other Telemed companies. I am able to order my refills early so that I know there will be no lapse in my treatment due to shipping. I am currently down 8.7 lbs and today was my first 5mg dose.

I e placed 3 separate orders. The first was filled correctly. Second order in January was for 12 mg , I received 1 bottle with 5.5 mg. Noted discrepancies on order placed on 2/6/25 for 12 mg and received 1 bottle with1 mg. This is not okay. I even have a prescription from my doctor for 1mg per week and this is what’s delivered? That’s nonsense

Based on all the reviews here I decided to give a try to this company. It was easy to place the meds order but difficult to get to speak with someone except by email! It’s hard for me personally to communicate regarding meds by emails only! And when I needed to speak with the doctor regarding the dosage and so forth I was emailed a phone number for the doctor and even that you have to leave a voice mail! Another issue is I requested to speak with a manager several times regarding the 20% discount offered in February in which my order was placed in February and wasn’t shipped till February 10th and my request was denied saying that I was given the 10% as a first time customer in which I did not chose it but was added automatically to the order when I first signed in while I didn’t see the 20% offered! Even though I emailed and asked them to take the 10% and honor the 20% for February offer and still they refused! I paid for a six months subscription in advance as I thought but after speaking with the doctor he explained depending on the dosage it’s actually for 6 weeks to 3 months dosage and not 6 months! Another confusion I faced with this company. Though, Seems to me as much as I hate for me to say it this company is looking for a quick buck and not for customers relations in which it’s a very important part considering you’re with them for a long period of time even after you lose the weight for health and weight management. Did anyone face a customer service problem like this? Was anyone provided with a working customer service number to communicate with this company? I received the meds two days ago and I’ll leave another review regarding its effect later!

The website is easy to get through all the medical information. You can choose what medication you want and increase if needed monthly or stay at your current dosage. Doctor will contact you if he needs additional information. Usually delivered within a week!!! I would definitely recommend!

Do not buy this company is TRASH. Scammmmm I ordered and cancelled on a matter of an hour and they are still trying to charge me a $100 because the doctor. No doctor should have even touched this cause it was outside their business hours. They wanted 4 days to reply to the cancellation email. But I have my bank on it and a stop payment and I reported to the BBB.

I was little worried about using them and getting ripped off. Man was I wrong very affordable very easy. Placed order 2-3 days later they overnighted my meds. Very much worth it. 2 weeks in 14.5 lbs lost.

I accidentally order from them and cancelled less than 1 hour later. They refuse to refund my full amount and charged me $99.00 for a fee to the physician that approved me days later. I do not recommmend thecompany CituzenMeds.

I didn’t feel any appetite suppression like I did with IVYRX. I’m convinced it’s just b12 and water tbh. Do not buy! It is not potent. The formula is badly made. I didn’t even really feel the effects of the b12. I tried many b12 shots. Nothing from this place works. And for how much you’re paying, it is like a scam. Company would do better finding another pharmacy. A lot of people are experiencing a placebo effect so don’t listen to them. Trust me or find out yourself. That is why these pharmacies are not FDA approved or regulated, they can give you WHATEVER. Water + color & day it’s anything. Go to IVYRX. Save your money, low key mad I wasted about $400

The experience was pretty good. I paid for next day shipping, but it was sent using 2-day shipping. I reached out to customer service and they immediately refunded me the difference.

I am on week 2 of my terzepatide. I purchased 2 mths supply. I’m about to give my self the second injection today which is 0.05ml or 50 units according to the packaging and instructions. Last week I did 50 units, today the syringe only fills to 40units. Both bottles are the same amount, so you have sent not even enough for the second week dosage. I have just also used the syringe to check the second bottle and that bottle also only gives a total of 80 units show. How can I inject 50 units once per week when vial 1 had a total of 90 units and vial 2 a total of 80 units? Super disappointing, how can a pharmacy send completely wrong amount of units/ml? I also emailed info@citizen meds on Jan 23rd asking a question about the instructions, no response. And no response from my email with this concern on. So I’ve paid for 2 mths and really I will get 3 weeks of injections out of the 2 vials. Sad thing is, I actually feel the meds start to work, so while it’s good, I paid for 2 months not 3 weeks with. If I could post photos here I would. I sent them all on the email with proof showing the units in the bottle and vial for both vials. I would actually use them again, dispute the mix up, but no one answers emails.
