My first months order definitely helped me with appetite control and a full feeling. The second month, new bottles just taking more, I really don’t feel anything. I’m on the second bottle for month two and I still feel nothing. I sent an email but have not heard back. I unfortunately took advantage of the 20% off and bought month 3s doses. However I haven’t received it yet. I’m really disappointed that I feel nothing after a higher dose. The first month was so encouraging.

Got my meds within a few days after purchasing. Packaged really well. I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks, and can definitely tell a difference in my appetite with the 2.5mg. I'll be ordering 5mg next week, and I'm so excited to keep going!

They are very quick to respond when making order or emailing. I am rating it. 4 because I wish I could speak to someone in person at times. I love the way this has cut my appetite back and not hungry for sweets

I just took my 4th dose this morning and I am down 7 lbs in 3 weeks. While not as much as others, I will take that, as it is healthier to lose weight. I will order a month 2 supply! Received my product quickly and Citizen Meds has been very responsive via email. The ONLY reason they did not get 5 stars is because I have had a difficult time talking to someone via phone when I had a couple of questions. I will try again during the week instead of on a Sat.

Ease of ordering medication, and receiving medication in a timely manner. Taking medication per instructions given along with healthy eating habits and exercise results in positive outcomes! I have lost approximately 18 pounds since starting the medication late October 2024.

BEWARE: Do not buy GLP-1 weight loss meds from this company. For anyone who’s tried GLP-1s from trusted providers, they know exactly how strong even the smallest/first dose feels. I was quickly dissatisfied with the product provided by Citizen Meds. It’s not worth the money. Also, they do not respond, once you start questioning the product. This was in month ONE their version of tirzepatide: I had emailed after two weeks stating that I feel no difference at .25 after two weeks of use. Should I buy another vial and increase to .5? They immediately replied, “yes, absolutely.” Upon approaching the end of second two weeks at .5, I sent an email stating it still didn’t seem right, questioning the integrity of the product. I asked what they adivised. No response. I sent several emails. There is no provider to offer tailored advice or answer questions. The customer service department took well beyond 48 hours to respond with a generic response, “please either increase your dose or take a month off”. AFTER ONE MONTH OF USE, AND ALREADY INCREASED WITHIN THAT MONTH. Additionally, their web application doesn’t function properly. The “dashboard” link takes you nowhere. You create a login AFTER your first purchase and realize there is no functionality to it, other than to order more product. If they gave you access to their application before ordering, you’d question the integrity of the company. There is no provider assistance offered, just generic responses by the customer service person. By the time Citizen Meds had replied (response quoted above) to my email questioning the integrity of their product, I had subscribed for my GLP-1s from a different, more trusted source and have had a completely different experience, consultation, web application, support. I will gladly continue to spend my money elsewhere. (Only reason I’d switched from my in-person provider to a mail provider is because I’m on travel). **Citizen Meds is trying to fight me to take this review down. I’ve had to defend it twice now. I think it’s important to share my experience.**
