I’m was very skeptical about purchasing from citizens meds because there isn’t much out there on this company. I mean trust pilot has a lot of great reviews but when a company has just great review, you get a bit concerned. However, with the pricing they offered, I was willing to give it a shot. Literally. My husband I bought the .25 dose of Tirzepatide since it is outrageously priced elsewhere. But here, we were able to buy with a 20% discount special they were running, bringing the price to around $150 to start. So again, that was worth trying it out. They add B12 into their shots to help prevent nausea as well. My husband is 6ft 3in at originally 360lbs. Since starting with this company he is losing on average 7lbs a week at the lowest dose. No side effects. No nausea. It works at an affordable cost and I couldn’t be more thankful. We couldn’t get his insurance to approve this but he absolutely needed it. Ultimately to be under 38 BMI for surgery to get an CPAP implanted. He is very close to that goal now and I couldn’t be more grateful for a company who isn’t price gouging when there are people out there who seriously need this product. Thank you Citizen Meds for standing out and doing right by the people.

Process of signing up was quick and easy. Product arrived fast and was packaged so that product was cold. I was a bit concerned when I put the liquid in a syringe- product was red! Tried contacting Citizen to make sure the color was acceptable but was unable to get thru.

Four days ago, I wrote a review about the services of CITIZEN MEDS complaining about a shortage of medication. By this same way I wish to apologize as was my mistake, I did not understand the instruction and waisted the medication. However, I will highly recommend contacting the customer as soon is noon the medication has been delivered.

Awesome and honest

I didn't receive enough medication. I called the number, and it was just a person's voice saying, "Leave a message. " I also sent an email, but it came back as not found. I've looked at the website but there is no customer support. I'm not sure how else to reach them. Was I scammed out of hundreds of dollars?
