Hi there, I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt the need to reach out based on my recent experience with Citizen MEDs. I placed my order late Sunday night and received my package less than three days later. My old provider lost my package and did not respond to requests to replace my prescription. I was in panic mode trying to find a new pharmacy since I was running out of my compounded GLP. I have been on Tirzetapide since October and have lost a significant amount of weight but still have 15-20lbs to lose to reach my personal goal. Most compounding pharmacies would not approve my request since my BMI is less than 27. I was so happy to find Citizen Meds, not only did they approve my prescription but the provider let me start on my current dose of 10mg instead of starting over at 2.5mg. I’ve always had the side effects of nausea and low energy the first few days after my injection. I was very excited to see that Citizen Meds compounds their injections with Glycine and B12 to help combat nausea, muscle loss and fatigue. My order arrived in a beautiful package with clear instructions and all the supplies needed plus some extra syringes. I look forward to continuing my weight loss journey with this company. This company is NOT legit! I ordered a compounded prescription medication from them that was required to be kept cold. It arrived 4 or 5 days later (in 90 degree desert temperatures) extremely hot with no cooling left in the one tiny cooling pack inside. I have tried contacting them multiple times but the refuse to respond. Don't waste your money - there are far superior companies out there who actually care about customers and not just getting their money! Terrible!

I just finished my 1st month with Citizen Meds and I am down 8 lbs. I love this company! Great customer service and prices. Shipping took a little longer on my second order last week, but I believe that was a mistake from FedEx. I was on Zepbound for 6 months last year and had to stop due to my insurance policy no longer covering the medication. I can honestly say I am getting the same results with the compound through Citizen Meds as I did with Zepbound and with less side effects! Love this company and plan to be a long time customer.
