I only needed one item, and I typed in my credit card wrong. They quickly let me know with an email, I was able to call, get it straightened out, and a few days later the item arrived. Great service!

Although the experience was easy making the transaction, I'm disappointed in the product. The directions say put 3-5 drops do essential oils in and it smells for a while by then goes away. I would usually chalk this up to the other products I'm using in combo with the item I purchased, but since I use Doterra Essential Oils, which is one of the best in the mArket I am told, it just be the diffuser. I was truly hoping did a unit to fill my entire home with whichever oil I use.

I have bought many items over the years from Bombay Electronics and so did some of my friends on my recommendation, and I will keep buying from them in the future. The web site is very up to date and is well organized and ordering is easy. I could clarify my doubts over the phone. The order reaches in time, the shipping is free. What more you need?

I just bought my second DVD player from Bombay. The prices are the best, and I love the 30-day return policy. They are the best source for all-region players, including blu-ray. I would recomment them highly.

Bombay Electronics had a problem processing my credit card. An employee named Mubashir contacted me, read my emails, and solved the problem. Through six back-and-forth emails I clearly dealt with the same human being who actually wrote emails that were connected to the problem -- they were not computer generated responses. He took action and got my product delivered. While this should not seem at all remarkable, it is hard to remember the last time I had a problem solved -- via the internet or in person -- without enduring an exhausting obstacle-course of tedium and nonsense. I bought two LG region free DVD player in 2012 I dropped one and it damaged the in out tray so I bought a Toshiba in July 2014. The price and improvements in the players are fantastic!

This was my first purchase with Bombay Electronics.I bought my son an English TV Series he had wanted for a long time but of course it was PAL format and wouldn't play on US Equipment.I searched the internet and found a Phiiips DVD player on which you could change the Region Code, bought it, changed the code but the PAL DVD's would not play properly. Went back on line and found Bombay who guaranteed their DVD player to play PAL and other formats right out of the box. Ordered it, it arrived within 3 days and yes, it worked right out of the box. All our DVD's, Blu-Ray, and the PAL play great on this DVD player. Love it and am so glad I ordered from Bombay!
