great & Satisfied just no battery

I've bought two region-free DVD players from Bombay. Both worked straight out of the box with no problems. Later on a had a query on one of them, emailed Bombay, and got an email back within 24 hours with the solution -- which worked. I have recommended Bombay to other people.

What is there to not like an OPPO player?

I had called at the 'last minute' to obtain a piece of equipment for a Tech Show. When I called about a specific item someone within my organization told me to purchase, the person at Bombay told me it was overkill, and recommended I go with something else. This ended up saving our company over $400! And...they shipped it that same day as promised and I received the unit in plenty of time for our Show. Thanks!
