We were looking for Panasonic phone adapter for our daughter's landline house phone. She is transferring to Belgium which requires 220 volts, we needed two 220 volts phone adapters, one for base unit, one for expandable handset. Love the DVD player although the remote could be a little better designed, but it's not a big issue. Service with Bombay was great....package arrived very quickly and in good shape. The free HDMI cable was a particularly nice (and surprising) touch. I've purchased several things from Bombay, and their service has always been top-notch.

prices were good, shipping was also fast.. website contains only one small picture which is not clear. It should contain pictures of package, type of plugs for electric items, base of cookware. Also they need to be larger.

I am giving this a 5 rating for all the things that this product says it does and actually does them. It is easy to change regions with helpful instructions to do so. I had previously bought and ultimately had to send back a so called region free player from another business. So glad this product lives up to what it says it does.
