I live in France and have been shopping for an all-region DVD player for two years. The prices here for that item are astronomical so when our American DVD player conked out, I looked online for a replacement. Bombay offers several models and I chose a lower end model. The postage was nearly as much as the player itself, but the total was well below anything I've seen here. Within a week, my item arrived via Federal Express, on the day promised. Now I can play my American, British and French DVDs on one player. Bombay even attached a power adapter so if I were to return to the U.S., I could use it there too. I am very happy with the item, the delivery time and the value offered by Bombay Electronics.

I wanted a device that played any disc (Blu-ray or DVD) from any region and not worry about voltage, or PAL restrictions. This player works perfectly, I highly recommend it and Bombay Electronics shipped it to me in a couple of days.

Bought a multi region DVD player and it didnt play multi regions. I called Bombay E and the rep send me hack which didnt work. I found one on the internet that worked. They had already sent a return merchandise authorization but I didnt need it. They were easy to work with and really I had no problems with them since there were willing to send a new unit. Very satisfied with them

Purchased a Toshiba BDX5300 region free blu ray player and it exceeded all my expectations. It worked straight out of the box, easy set up and played everything i threw at it, even a 3D region B. So very pleased with the player. It is a player i would recommend to anyone also would recommend Bombay Electronics . Now i have a player that plays anything from all round the world, which is great as some movies are not released in all regions.

I needed two new DVD players after both of my Sony players crapped out at the same time. Was amazed to find two Pioneer region free DVD players in stock at a great price. Got them fast with regular UPS ground shipping. I've bookmarked this company and will be giving them more business.

Bought my first region free blu-ray player from them through Amazon and loved it so much that I bought a better model through Amazon from them with all the bells and whistles and bought Sony BDP-S5100 Multi Region Code Free DVD Blu-ray Disc Player from them personally through their own website for my sister for her birthday. Had no problem with all 3 bluray players and they have always sent me links to new firmware updates when I check the makers site and find they released new updates and I want to keep up with the makers updates. They go out of their way to help customers as well but due to the amount of email they get, sometimes there can be a delay in being answered back but that is usual dealing with others so I don't mind as the only time I contact them is for firmware updates as their products I bought are still working great.
