Very impressed with Bombay Electronics. I found the company via a Google search. I found their website very easy to navigate and the product descriptions informative. Upon placing my order I received a prompt receipt via email and Bombay continued to send me email updates throughout the process (order being processed, order shipped, tracking number, etc). I placed my order on a Friday and received the Blu-Ray player the following Tuesday. It was well packaged for safe arrival. I've been enjoying the Oppo BDP-103D Darbee Blu-Ray Player every day! It is an incredible high-end Blu-Ray player and films look absolutely stunning!

I returned one dvd player to a different company because it was not" all regions" as advertised. Apparently this particular Toshiba DVD player has the same number but is programmed differently. However, this player was as advertised and is working just fine.
