We were looking forward to receiving the shaver we ordered. Instead, we received a notice that our payment was being refunded. This came without explanation, and I can only assume the item was not in stock. But perhaps such information was available when we were placing the order?

On time delivery a great experience

Very fast shipping (but it would be great to be able to choose between FedEx and UPS, my nearest FedEx ship centre is far from home). Product in original packaging, never opened. North american DVD and BR work. DVD from France work. I did not have time to test non north american BR. So it seems to be a good product. Two bad points: 1. The remote control is not "easy readable". 2. The player is a little bit noisy (but you have to be close to hear it).

We live in a world where lots of promises are made but few are kept. It's refreshing to deal with a company like Bombay Electronics. My order arrived quickly, well packed, and I received communications at every step of the process. Highly recommended!!

I ordered a dvd player and I get it at home very rapidly. The remote control did not worked, so they send me another one at the minute for free. So I had an excellent service, very fast and resolving the problem the wright way.

When I got my DVD player,I hooked it up.I put a region 2 DVD and it played like a region 1.When I hooked up the HDMI cable and pushed the power button, I couldn't believe my eyes,it played like they said it would.The play quality is excellent and clear picture and the remote is easy to operate. I love the DVD player,so I'm going to check on a region free bluray player. I recommend anyone to try it out, you'll love it.

This zone-free Sony S3200 DVD and Blu Ray player is surprisingly small and light weight. I think it actually weighs less than a tablet, overall. It packs an amazing amount of on-line function, however, as well as performing playback of your discs. The remote is small, but functional. You can also download apps which will enable your smart device to function as a remote. Everything connects these days. With this unit's built in Wifi it's all rather straight forward. I do realize that in order to get a zone-free player someone has to open the unit to modify the electronics. My particular unit, however, was scuffed all over as though it had been tossed around pretty excessively. That, or else the bench used wasn't carpeted. I would never have identified it as being new or even as your average open-boxed item. It was that scruffy. Even so, this unit is quite amazing in terms of how much function you get for your money. As long as it works properly I guess I'll just roll with it. Cosmetics weren't necessarily a priority for me when purchasing this purpose-specific unit. But I did take off one star for appearance.

After looking for an all region dvd-blu ray player on amazon and other sites I decided to buy an LG BP530 player from Bombay Electronics, offering a weekly deal that surpassed any cheaper price, for it's value than I could normally receive from my regular online store Amazon. My product came quickly with a free HDMI cable included so this past week since its arrival I have been enjoying all the dvds from different regions I own plus the wifi and applications that are preloaded into my LG530 dvd blu player.

I am very happy with my product (oppo 103) not only do Bombay have very fast shipping they also rang me to tell me my parcel had been posted and to expect it in a few days.
