I live in Northen Ireland and was looking for a blu ray player that can play region A blu rays and came across bombay electronics, and seen a whole selection with the best prices out there, now i wasnt sure because i didnt know who they where and didnt know if they where ligit or not so i wrote to them and got a very quick response and they where so pleasant and helpful. So i bought a sony region A blu ray player from these guys and what can i say i placed my order last week and it arrived today on its estimate delivery date very fast very simple and it works like a dream, i love this company very happy with my player and will always recommend these guys so if you ever need a multi region blu ray player or what ever just order it from this company trust me you will not be disappointed 😉 Ps: I don't normally do reviews but i was that damn happy with my purchase i had to give them awesome points they deserve it

DVD player arrived within 2 days of placing my order and in brand new condition. Everything works well and plays DVDs from all regions.

I told the customer service rep at Bombay that I was traveling to Germany and needed a transformer for my 250 watt hair dryer. I was told to get the LT500....when it came it was huge and heavy....could not use it cause of airlines weight limits on luggage. Have to send it back, and very disappointed that rep would even consider selling me something this HUGE for travel.

After an initial good and prompt response, the replies stopped coming. However a follow-up call got a speedy reaction and the product delivered within a few days. The LG All Region Blu-Ray player works perfectly.

The product was fully described as to make me comfortable with the purchase. Once the purchase was final, not only did I get an email with the transaction, but also a shipping tracking email came shortly after. This was a great feeling to know how quick the product was coming to me. This was ordered on Labor Day and I received it on Wednesday afternoon. The product worked perfectly when tested the next day. Excellent experience. Can't wait to order again.

Great experience with them - my first- Only reason why 4 stars instead of 5 was the packaging ( put the smaller product box inside a larger box without any sort cushion material- hence package arrived all dented and crumpled; luckily product was good). Otherwise great experience: fast and efficient service; and a great product.
