We just had a new boiler fit in by Jason and Jack which were two lovely gentleman they had conversations with us and they always had a smile. They were very helpful as they explained how they did things and what we had to do when everything was finished.
We had William round this morning for a replacement boiler and a position change of boiler. Really good workmanship, with a quick chat before installation with me explaining the cupboard I was going to build and measurements I had, he was able to rearrange all pipes and boiler better than I thought could be done. A very neat job. Thanks Will.
Rob and Lewis carried out a great job considering the first day was awful as Rob found a bad gas leak I knew nothing about. Well done to both .
I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Flame Energy Solutions for Excellent Customer Service, a fair priced fully transparent quote, with no hard sell. They used fitters who were customer focused ensuring all work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Gary, the engineer who visited us to provide a quote, was very knowledgeable. Before Gary left site he sent me an email with a link that provided us with a fully itemised and transparent list of the proposed costs for completion of the work. Within a week Aiden and Simon, the two fitters arrived at the proposed time which had been agreed between us and the Blue Flame office team who were also very helpful. We had agreed to have the boiler and three radiators replaced with a further 11 thermostatic radiator valves fitted. The fitters were extremely pleasant, hardworking and competent. They ensured the work they undertook met with our complete satisfaction... nothing was too much trouble. They made sure the carpets in every room were protected. Had my boiler fitted 4 years ago. Tom came to quote he was very nice and explained everything to me. Engineers who fitted it was very professional. Left it very tidy. Had the boiler serviced since then with blue flame. Recently had it serviced again very pleased with the engineer's very nice people and professional. Thank you blue flame for all your help.

What a great team. We had our new boiler fitted by Rob and Lewis. Rob explained what he was going to do and kept us informed throughout the process. Gary was our first contact and was very experienced and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly. We had a minor teething problem but that was sorted the next day by Tom who soon had us up and running. All very friendly. Highly recommend.
From start to finish, great professionalism, attitude and help offered after British Gas let us down so badly!! - Gary came out and did the quote which wasn't the cheapest, but v.honest - really clear and helpful - Jason & Jack were the fitters and couldn't have been tidier - great job, and I now have a working boiler / heating / hot water - highly recommend!!
They were careful in all that they did, making sure that no corners were cut. They spotted a problem we did know that we had and resolved it quickly at no extra cost. Assiduous and friendly. Left everything tidy. Careful to explain what and why they were doing.

From when Gary the sales advisor came round, we felt that we were in capable hands. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything fully. Lewis and Rob the fitters were very efficient, friendly and informative. They did a great job installing the boiler, making sure things were left clean and tidy at the end of every day. 10/10 for workmanship. Would definitely recommend.
Will was very professional. Found my gas leak almost immediately. Had to have new gas pipe installed to my gas fire as existing pipework was under concrete. Fitted new Worcester Boiler and reconnected my gas hob without any hassle or extra pipework. Very professional.
Very satisfied. Right from the start everyone at Blue Flame was professional, helpful and quick to respond. The initial sale with Tom was collaborative and without undue pressure, the quote was fair and had no hidden extras and even covered the odd little requests peculiar to our installation. The fitters Aiden and Simon turned up bang on time, were very friendly, clearly knew what they had to do and cracked on straight away. They involved us where necessary but otherwise just got on with the job without too much disruption and stayed on until the job was complete in a day giving us a day back from the original two day estimate. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Tom was great when he came to visit to quote. Rob and Lewis the fitters where great clean and helpful with anything I had to ask. System is working great.
