The representative from blue flame who came to our home said they will do the boiler swap and hang 5 radiators in two days. So I booked two days off. We were told two teams of heating engineers would arrive on day one to do the rip out of the old system and installation of the new gas boiler. On day two it would be just one team, commissioning of the new gas boiler. In reality what happened was, one team turned up lovely guys Jasón a qualified heating engineer and an apprentice called Jack. So the work took three days, it would have gone into four days if I hadn’t have fitted three of the new radiators myself the weekend before this saving them time! Jason was under a lot of pressure to achieve the time scale. So he’s rushing all the time you can’t rush when working with gas! I speak from experience as I’m a gas engineer myself. The boiler was working when I got home on day three but installing the hive hub and thermostat and receiver was a real game plus the app and trying to pair them all it took me on and off a day and a half ! So basically all the details of the installation time scale and teams that would be on the job didn’t happen! If the two teams had turned up as promised it wouldn’t have been so stressful for me and the one team they sent No extra work was added to the job on the two days, the extra work hanging radiators was already agreed with your rep. As stated earlier I hung all but one of them anyway. If you place an order with blue flame make sure the office knows what the rep has quoted as there seems to be no communication between the two!!!!

Friendly and reliable. The day of my boiler being fitted went very smoothly. The guys that fitted the boiler were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. All rubbish was removed. I would highly recommend blueflame

Tom came to quote and was extremely knowledgeable about what equipment would be most suitable for our property. He was very thorough, and gave us a very competitive price and the fact they were a local company was a bonus. The installation team were prompt on arrival Clean, tidy and efficient workers and respected our home throughout the job which wasn’t the easiest, however the team stuck to the planned schedule and the job was completed to the timescale Tom had stated. Fantastic job, great company and we would highly recommend Blue Flame to anyone. Finally summer arrived so we are now enjoying their hard work!

My home AirCon system was installed by Tom & Mark themselves (!) who are very efficient & hardworking. They are also friendly & a pleasure to be around. Tom explained everything in easy to understand terms. The units were sited a little unconventionally, at my request due to lack of space. It meant extra work but nothing was too much trouble for them. I will be recommending Blue Flame to family & friends.

Jason & jack fitted our new boiler today, Absolutely couldn’t fault them. They were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. Thankyou for your great service, would highly recommend.

After a slight problem with the thermostat which was soon solved by Gary and Tom now all good Jason fitted New boiler was very efficient and left everything clean and tidy Thank you all

We have absolutely no complaints with this company. The workers were extremely friendly and made us feel like we'd known them for years, they were extremely respectful of us and our home and they made sure we knew what they were doing step by step and finished earlier than expected. Extremely efficient and hardworking. Highly recommend!

From the start, the experience was exceptional. When Gary first called me, I told him I was not interested as I had already gone with someone else. However, to my surprise, he did not make any fuss or try to push, he just said if that is what I want to do, then it is okay. After some soul searching and I called him back he was so pleased and came round the house to give me a quote in person the same day. He was so chilled out and answered all my question. He was patient, funny and knowledgeable. He definitely started off the 5 star experience. Tom was great and really helped to disperse my worries and concerns. He is very customer focused and oriented. Whenever I call and he doesn't, answer I can always guarantee a call back from him very promptly. I thought that was amazing. Finally Jason - the installation engineer. What can I say, his dedication to the job and work ethics, I was in awe. All in all exceptional service from a family run business.

I've decided to give this review a 5 stars specially to a sale person Gary for his advice, honesty and professionalism. These 3 adjectives made my decision to accept his quotation for the make and model of the boiler and installation. Dean and Jack fitted our new air conditioning to our static caravan and did an excellent job all round. They showed great technical skills and communicated clearly every step of the way. The work was professionally finished and the boys were very respectful of our property - cleaning up everything as they went. I could not be at the property on the second day of the job but had no hesitation in allowing them access without my presence. I also had a very professional response from Tom when I was enquiring into their services and was really pleased that we could be fitted into their schedule so promptly.

They were very knowledgable about their products and after hearing our very specific reasons for needing air conditioning quickly they went above and beyond to help us and got it fitted as soon as possible.
