My ring is more gorgeous than I hoped. Truly looks like a diamond. My only (slight) issue is it seemed to take a bit longer than expected for something that I would think would be in stock. It was one of their standard featured rings on the website, nothing custom. However, if I'd read the fine print I would have seen 9-10 business days, which technically they stayed within so all good. Really pleased with my ring after agonizing over tons of cz looking for something that didn't look cheap
It took almost a month to get the ring, and we called, but no one ever answers the phone. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here. The diamond on the ring came loose. Waste of money and time.

Never received email confirmation of my order, never received any shipping information on my order, yet my credit card was charged for the purchase. Ordered on 4/30/19 and it is now 5/28/19 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM
