I received an amazing ring set- very high quality and just exceeded expectations. They were very attentive to achieve sizing and arrived on time. However.... I purchased an eternity ring that was too large as well. Ring was returned but never received refund. I contacted via email many times to sort out return and never heard back. Disappointed because I would have been ordering from them for a long time.

I have made 2 purchases from this company. Both we perfect. They are very responsive to questions and follow up. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful Ring...

I think it’s beautiful and if I lost it (we travel a lot). It would cost me about the same as my deductible on the 1 carrot diamond wedding ring she got in 2007.

I called vs ordering online as I had some special requirements regarding delivery and to verify item was in stock. The staff member I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating. Item arrived on time as stated and completely as described on the website. What more do you want? I ordered, paid and they delivered.

I ordered a sample ring before receiving my ring I wanted. It didn't come in two days as the site had indicated. I had to call after a couple weeks which they we're polite and didn't know why it hadn't shipped and quickly sent it out. The sample ring arrived and it was 3 sizes too small for me. I couldn't tell what the ring would look like on me bc I couldn't put it on and I called customer service and they then told me sorry that's the sample size sent to try (which I was not aware it would not be in my size). I went ahead and finished my purchase with yellow gold since the ring was pretty. Once it came in my size I was able to try it on and the ring as I mentioned was very pretty, but the stone looked way too big for my hand. I contacted customer service and they said sorry it can't be returned because yellow gold is considered special order. I was very upset and thought I would try to wear the ring around and get used to it since I would have to keep it and had splurged to purchase it. After getting it wet two times a black spot showed in the ring. I contacted customer service and included a very clear photo and they told me it was probably a reflection from something else. The spot showed up twice after being exposed to water and they said they recommended to keep it clean, I should keep it out of the water, and nothing is wrong with the stone. I just expected more by the website indicating customer service was their top priority. I don't feel that was the case here. I don't understand how water could effect cz but I'm not stupid, it isn't a reflection. Overall my experience is disappointing.

My interaction with Birkat was not bad at all. But I don't think that the stones lived up to their reviews. The stones look like plastic. Outside, inside, makes no difference. I can't believe how cheap they look. I even paid to have the ring in platinum, but like I said, the stones make it look like a toy ring. I was told that the stones are beautiful and can't be differentiated with the real thing. Soooo not true. And because I got it in platinum, I can't even return it.

The product is extremely high quality and designs are updated to current fashion as well as suited to your taste so i give this product four stars. My only concern is that inventories must be low or sales on new items must be very high because each time i have ordered an item i have been told that it was out of stock and delivery would be delayed.Perhaps it is my problem as i order and expect delivery within two or three weeks when paying for express delivery.The problem remains that i am told items are being created at that time. Still i would highly recommend this product for quality and design.

Not a good experience.

Beautiful ring, terrible customer service. No one returns your calls or answers the phone. I received the ring as a Christmas present, had to return the ring for a smaller size, was told we would have to wait until they re-open after the holidays, spent hours trying to reach someone on the phone, left messages, never received a return call. When I was finally ble to reach a woman from customer service she re-sent the returned ring in the same size that was initially returned! I have real diamonds, the ring we ordered was for traveling. The quality of the stone for a cubic is very good. The actual band does not fit the size of the stone. If you order anything over two carats ask for a wider band. Good luck I hope you had a better experience then we had. A note to the company, work on your customer service department as it stands now, it is non-existant.

First of all, I was appalled to find that I had been charged on the day the order was placed. Virtually every online company with whom I do business charges upon shipping. Second, after receiving no shipping info for weeks, I received an email saying that it would arrive on Dec 24. Since it was a Christmas gift, this was an extreme case of going down to the wire. The ring is lovely, but the whole experience was not.
