Incredible product great service

I ordered this ring for my wife as she saw it online and really fell in love with it. The ring was ordered in a size 4 and was a perfect fit. The ring is good quality and has a nice sparkle to it and we both feel that it’s a good value for the money.

It was a fiasco! I received sample and it was not 2carat as I asked. I have a 2 carat diamond ring and it was a lot smaller. Rebecca asked me to go to my appraisal and is what the diameter of mine is. I came back with 8.2mm. She said they didn’t have an 8.2mm stone but their 8.mm there would be little difference between 8.mm and 8.2mm, so I told her to go ahead with the 8.mm. NEVER DID SHE SAY THAT THE SAMPLE WAS THAT SIZE!! I kept telling her the sample was not 2 carats. I would never of said go ahead with the 8mm stone. Also I changed the ring type from a $550 to a $490, and I paid the $550, with no response from them about the $60 refund. I’ve sent the ring back, cancelled the order and I hope I get my $550 back ! I ordered the studs for my daughter for her wedding day! They were beautiful. I had called and left a voicemail as well as an email. I heard right back from Rebecca and she was very helpful! I am giving them a 4 star because of price point. I did have to get white gold because her ears are sensitive. Otherwise they look beautiful on her!

3 Ct is a huge center stone and most people will assume that it is cubic zirconia. It is a stunning ring.

The whole process was easy. A replica was sent. It proved to be too small, so we ordered a larger size. It came today and it is beautiful!!

Gave this a 4 star because the ring was absolutely gorgeous, but some improvement in customer service is a plus. I would rather speak to someone than receive an email. I did finally get a call but it was after the fact.

Earrings are beautiful. Haven't had a chance to wear them as had cervical spine surgery and haven't gotten out of a neck brace yet, so can't wear earrings yet. Anxious to do so! I received the earrings very quickly and was very happy dealing with Birkat Elyon.

My ring looks like new!!! I had my ring about 2 years and it had a scratch on it. They repaired for a moderate fee.
