Even though communication is the cornerstone of a good reliable business, they did come through with my order of a 3 stone 14k white gold ring. After I ordered I began reading through the customer ratings and it was then I began to worry! I sent a few emails with no response and my worry level began to go through the roof. I ordered my ring on 4/18/19 and received it yesterday 5/8/2019. Not bad if it was made to order! An email was sent on 5/5 to let me know it was shipping. Regardless of the poor reviews I would recommend ordering from this company if you have the patience to wait for something truly exquisite and less expensive than real diamonds. I have set this new ring next to my other CZs and there is no comparison Birkat Elyon CZs are a higher quality than many others I have purchased. I will be ordering again from them as I am truly satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered the wrong thing and they easily sent me a return label, emailed me personally, and credited me immediately. I would definitely order from them again and the earrings I have are spectacular! Very high quality. 5 stars for sure.

This had to be one of the best experiences with a retailer I’ve had in a while. I’ve never ordered jewelry online without seeing it in person first so I was a little skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised of the service I received and how fast I received my products!! Super happy!

I was interested in a high quality ring that had excellent CZ stones and 14kt gold options. I looked closely at a competitor of Birkat Elyon and liked their designs but then read their reviews. They were very poor. I then looked further and found Birkat Elyon. The BE website was easy to maneuver and their designs were amazing. I found my ring (Item # R7116W), ordered it late one evening but had some questions after I'd placed the order. I contacted Rebecca at BE and she was super helpful and interested in making sure I felt good about my purchase. She also reminded me that I had 10 days to inspect the ring once received and could pick another style or return it if I was unhappy in any way. How refreshing to have a company stand behind their product so strongly. (Very different from the reviews of the other company.) I received my ring more quickly than the estimated arrival time and it is incredible!!!!! I love it. The quality is A+ and when I asked Rebecca in my call, she told me that if there was any problem with the ring down the road, BE would be there to repair it. I recommend this company highly and look forward to when I can purchase another beautiful pc. of jewelry from Birkat Elyon. Thank you, Rebecca, and all the craftsmen who created my work of art.

I’ve been trying to contact them for days. I sent multiple emails and I’ve called multiple times. Nobody is ever there and nobody has gotten back to me. This will be the last time I make a purchase form them

I decided to purchase a CZ ring when I accidentally left my real diamond at my nail salon. Fortunately, whoever found it after my manicure was honest enough to turn it into the owners. That night, instead of deciding to insure the ring, (which is also priceless for sentimental reasons) my husband did the math and suggested that we purchase a CZ replica for when we travel, or if I am someplace where I need to take off my real diamond. The three-carat pear shaped ring I received is absolutely beautiful and aside from the setting looks exactly like my diamond. I would highly recommend Birkat Elyon to anyone wishing to purchase a replica CZ ring, or just a CZ ring in general. This ring is absolutely stunning! The quality is excellent, I could not be happier with the ring itself! The customer service on the other hand could be better. Once the order was placed, the website just said "processing" for 10 days. I tried to call several times and each time the call went to voice mail. Once I finally spoke to someone, I explained, if the ring was going to be delivered on a weekday, I would not be home for a signature. The women assured me she would call me before the delivery went out to determine where to send the package. That never happened and I missed delivery and had to make arrangements with FedEx directly.

I purchased a wedding set and my now fiance and I couldn't be more happy. Its beautiful and no one knows its CZ. It's perfect.
