I have sense this incident received my ring, my wife loves it. Now that I can see the quality of your companies work I changed my review to a 3star because it is a very nice piece and the company was responsive to my concerns. The system in place sends a follow up email to confirm your order. You have to respond to this follow up email to have your order processed. The payment is taken but the order is not considered placed with out this email confirmed. Do to this this gift was not present for the event and I look like a gigantic rear end. This review system is sensitive to certain words so I can not fully express my feelings on the matter.

The ring is on exquisite and the setting is just perfect. The only problem I have with this ring is the gold is a little thin, it could hav been a little thicker.

I compared your 14k white gold 3 karat cubic zirconia solitaire ring that I bought to my real 1.75 carat diamond solitaire ring set in platinum. Honestly, they both look good! Even though the real deal was appraised at $20,000. The fake looks so believable. Nice quality. Very pleased.

I ordered a button up shirt and gave them all the measurements. The shirt came in way too big. From the length with and sleeve size. They said they would cover the alterations, but come to find out they only cover 25% of the value of the shirt. Which wasn’t enough to cover all the alteration the shirt needed. Why do they ask for measurements when they send you a random sized shirt. And they won’t do a refund. I will never buy from them again.

The quality of the product is good but the return policy is VERY unfriendly, and I have been a recurring customer. You would think they would be grateful for good customers. I bought a ring that turned out to have smaller stones than I thought. It's not easy to tell such a thing by a photograph sometimes. I immediately contacted the company and asked to exchange the ring for one with bigger stones... a more expensive ring, for sure. I sent the original ring back the very next day...immediately! There was no chance to wear it. I followed the return instructions and sent it back right away. Come to find out that they charged me a 20% restocking fee! For an exchange! They ended up removing the fee but were not nice about it. I understand a restocking fee under certain circumstances, but this wasn't one of them. Disappointing.
