My earrings are gorgeous. I ordered online but needed to call to ask about the size of the backs. Rebecca was very helpful and was also able to answer my questions regarding other pieces that I want to customize. I would definitely upgrade to larger backs with the earings. I am happy with the quality.

I wish there were more views and angles pictured on the website of this ring set. The set is great, very good quality but I might have gone with a different choice if I’d been able to see some different angles. The accent rings don’t quite stand up to the big three stone ring that packs a pretty big punch. In saying that, this is a great alternative to travel in to my diamond wedding set that are real diamonds of the same ctw. In fact, I’ve caught myself preferring this set to my real one as its more feminine than my original set! Also, the CZ are such good quality that when I took it to my jeweler to have it sautered together, he told me they were very good quality as he’d never have questioned if they were real or not, he’d have assumed they were real!

Sales staff is great however each time I place an order, there is always something. This time, the earrings had very weak posts that when the backs were put on, bent the posts. They also did not hang correctly and staff stated I needed larger backs because of the weight of the earrings. If that is the case, then the website should state for these earrings, these backs are recommended. Also and more importantly, when I ordered the new backs the price was confirmed. When I was invoiced, the price was $25 higher. I called to request an adjustment and to date, the credit has not been made. I do not have more time to spend on this transaction and if not resolved will likely effect future purchases.

amazing ring

I love my ring. Everyone thinks its beautiful. The quality is great! I've been wearing it for about 2 weeks and I get compliments everyday about how it sparkles. I Will be ordering again. One thing i would love to see is more options with more realistic sizes in stones most people don't want a 3.5 carat stone. At least that's my opinion. I had many rings that I loved but had to get something that was more realistic for everyday life.

Thank you an excellent product for a good price

I bought a ring in 2015 and was exceptionally pleased. I love my ring. I was also happy with having the ability to change out my stone as with age and constant wear it did need to replaced. Rebekah was very helpful, but the communication was slow and became frustrating at times when I received no response to emails or call in a timely manner. It took a while to get my ring back, almost a month total time in turn around. That’s why I gave a four star instead of a five. I would definitely get another ring from their company though.

I lost a small diamond in the surrounding halo of my engagement ring. I sent the ring back to have the stone replaced. They replaced the missing stone AND the center stone and made it look better than when we first purchased it. Would recommend to anyone!
