First thing, I haven't installed the heating mat I bought yet, however I received it in double quick time and well packaged. I had a lot at the contents and everything is there and looks good to me. Obviously proof will be in the pudding!

I ordered my heated floor kit and Marmox flooring at 1:30pm last Thursday and it was delivered at 9:30am the following day. To say it was quick and efficient would be an understatement. The help over the phone prior to ordering was very informative and helpful and the communication via e mail once I had placed the order was almost instant. If more companies worked in this way then the world would be a better place. Keep up the good work and thank you.

The web site was useful to be able to make the right choice of system to buy, it was all sent and delivered next day. I was short of a sensor, but this was sent first class and arrived next day as well. Can't wait till winter to have it all up and running!!

July 2013. Further delivery of 60 sqm of Depron insulation, next day delivery. June 2013 .Was recommended by our electrician and has proved to be an excellent supplier. 50sqm XPS Depron insulation and 20sqm of Thermolan heating mat kit. Was also able to return mat that was ordered in error with compensation.Thanks.

Ambient Underfloor Heating was recommended by my electrician. I ordered it in the afternoon and it arrived promptly the following day. Very happy to far, though my it's not due to be fitted until next week.

Ambient we're recommended to me by father in law who uses them for his trade and I was not disappointed. They were friendly and helpfull and able to advise with a good understanding and knowledge. The prices were very competitive and I orderedy goods at 16.30 on a Tuesday and rang to confirm my order and check delivery date, which I was told as all items were stocked it should be with me on Thursday, the items arrived before midday on Thursday. I was impressed with their overall service and would use again and recommend to others.
