I bought some exercise bands for my elderly parents, they were well priced and fast postage. My parents both find them to be a great core strengthening option when one has poor mobility.

Optomo processed and sent my order very quickly, very happy with the fast service :-)

Firstly, I visited the the office in Underwood to buy a Tens. The girl attending e knew very little about their products. I pointed out that the battery in the Tens needed replacing because of rust. After trying the Tens, the Pads weren't working, so I took it back. They replaced the Pads. Might be good to check products before they go out. Secondly, I ordered a Lockeroom Strap and Stretch Strap over the phone. No problem, was delivered the next day. Good phone service.

Good price for the item, and quick postage. Though I didn't in the end, I was going to return the item - Optomo were helpful at all times.

Received in excellent condition, and once instructions were read, started to use straight away. I have no issues with company and product.

The Optomo website stated the backrolls were Robin McKenzie brand. When I received the backroll it was Bizzi Bitz brand and useless. They have charged me McKenzie prices and sent a useless much inferior brand. I only buy McKenzie brand as it is the best. I have now gone to another website and ensured they only have McKenzie. An expensive lesson. I also took the google insurance but of course they do not want to know.

I ordered a couple of products separately because I didn't realise they were available more cheaply as a bundle. Optomo promptly sent me the bundle and refunded me the difference in price. They were quick, very courteous and considerate. I couldn't ask for more.
