Purchased a Push Ortho Thumb Brace CMC. I was a bit concerned at purchasing it as it was a unique design. The information on the site was terrific and I decided to try this product. The brace arrived within a few days - I thought it would take at least a week. It has made a enormous difference to my thumb pain, so I would definitely use Optomo again!

Order submitted Sunday evening, received it Wed. Tuesday was Australia Day Holiday. So I'm very satisfied with the friendly, prompt delivery. Thank-you. Errol B.

Ordering online was very easy and the package arrived 2 days later. Even had the free shirt included which was a bonus.

Had 2 packages delivered, both boxed came damaged and the product in one box (Bosu Balance Trainer) inside didn't fair much better. I rang Optomo that day and was told to send the package back using Reply Paid (no cost to me) and once it was received a new one would be sent. Sure enough a few days later an email was sent informing of a new delivery and a few day after that, it arrived, this time undamaged. Good customer service and easy to deal with in returns.

Ordered on Sunday evening January 3rd. Arrived on Tuesday Jan 5! The brace is everything I need to stop my left knee hyperflexing when doing sporty stuff (no ACL or PCL after knee replacements). Am going to get one for the right knee now.
