it was my first time using Optomo and I found their website easy to use, affordable and they have a great range. my purchase was processed very fast and I received my item a few days later.
I ordered Flexall, which is proving to be very effective for my mothers arthritis pain BUT, on my order form I wrote Level 7 and for some reason when I received the confirmation order, someone transcribed the address as Level 17. This caused me significant inconvenience as i had to go to level 17 (totally different company) to tell the people to expect my package. I didn't have access to level 17 so had to go to level 19 to advise of the situation. Optomo said they would contact the delivery coy to change the address. but it still ended up on level 17, which meant I had to again go to this level. Had i not noticed this error they would have no idea who it was for. This affected my whole purchasing experience !!
