Couldn't be happier with the heat pads I purchased. Was using Hot Water Bottles previously, but these heat pads are helping with my pain greatly and my husband isn't continually having to refill the Hot Water Bottles. Product arrived in perfect condition and I was impressed with the prompt service.

I purchased these gloves for my mother who had bad arthritis. She has found them to be absolutely brilliant. They keep her hands so warm, and the light compression they provide goes a long way to stop the swelling in her joints. I would highly recommend this product.

I required some supplies for a training session so looked online to find the company with the quickest delivery timeframe. This is how I came about Optomo. After placing my order and entering my credit card details, an 'error' occured... I contacted the company immediately. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful - explained they were having difficulties with online payments and so I gave him my details over the phone (I do not like to do this usually...). He said that the package should arrive by monday or tuesday - they arrived on the friday.
