Optomo had quick delivery, great communication, easy website to follow, all the information we needed for an informed decision.

Fast delivery and the order was as I expected however a part was broken when I took the product out of the box. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and advised that they could replace the part however I have not heard or received anything since, which is now over one week ago. Other than that slight disappointment, I was impressed with the ease of ordering and the efficiency of processing and delivery my purchase.

I needed a Heat Pad - the one I had for many years, stopped working. I couldn't find one through ringing a few Chemist Shops (which was where I bought my old one) with no success. I then searched through the internet and found Optomo. They included their 'phone number, and I rang them. I was so happy to find what I needed and ordered the Optomo heat pad. It is exactly what I wanted. In my case I have a very painful back through fibromyalgia, and a scoliosis. So naturally I was really happy to get your Heat Pad. It makes my life a whole lot easier. It is also very cleverly constructed - the controls are excellent, especially with the automatic safety turn-off of power if it is not being used. I'm very happy to have found the Optomo Heat Pad.
