I recently ordered on- line a gift for Father's Day. We got up to date information about the despatch & delivery of the purchase. It was delivered well before the advised date - very prompt!!!

It helps me continue with weight training in spite of an arthritic thumb due to previous over-work. However, one problem is ordering online! The support should fit perfectly according to the measurements I took when ordering and comparing to the size chart. But it is too big! No matter as I wear a cheaper cloth support under the Optomo and it works perfectly. Next time more care with sizes and need for a return and replace policy. Apart from that, contact with the seller was great and delivery was prompt.

The Thermo Comfort heating pad is excellent.....several heat settings and provides great warm relief for lower back issues and more.

There was a stock problem and delivery was at first going to be an issue. After talking with a customer service via email the problem got resolved and delivery happened in time for my sons birthday

I purchased a hernia belt. On the very first time I tried to wear it the buckle came off. Impossible to put the ribbons through the other buckles. Unusable product with money down the drain.
