Absolutely awful service from a bunch of very useless people. I signed up when a doorstep sales rep knocked on and told me how brilliant 6g would be. That they're much cheaper than virgin and we wouldn't have any interruptions because of the weather or any maintenance work as the signals "all in the air". What a load of rubbish that was! Liars! Since the very day we had our broadband installed it's been nothing but trouble. Phone call after phone call for an advisor to tell me "oh we're just doing some work in the area dont worry itl be on soon". Well it's been just over 8months now and your maintenance work seems to be endless. 3rd day on the trot now without internet. Most days it just cuts off randomly. Sometimes for the entire days. Sold me a pack of lies and a very rubbish service. Would NOT recommend.

Brilliant service and Brilliant prices
Do not sign up for this. When it works it is fantastic with superb speeds our fixed line never got close to. The issue is that it goes down continually, some days with numerous router resets required. I joined 6G due to our semi rural location in Darwen. The installers were great and very professional. Initially it worked brilliantly, but seems to be getting worse the more they expand their network. Replies from them are none existent.

I’ll reserve judgement of the actual internet performance side of things as it’s barely been 24 hours since install. I have to say however that the customer service experience I’ve had has been superb. Aaron on the sales side was a joy to speak with, Jeanette on the customer service team was lovely, and Lyn on the technical team surpassed my expectations and got my query resolved super fast with advice to spare. Early signs suggest the internet services are decent and I hope that this remains the case. They were even slightly early when it came to the install!
