Even though you couldn’t provide me with the services I required due to some trees in the line of sight of your receiver, I am very happy with your customer service. I spoke to 2 gentleman on separate occasions and both were really informative, friendly, flexible and professional. First gentleman I think was called Arron and the other I think was called Tony or Terry. Well done guys!

Although our issues are ongoing and are not yet resolved I cannot fault customer service! Jeanette has always been both polite and professional. Always took prompt action and always called back to check how things were going. I know that she has done everything in her power to try to help the situation even though unfortunately things are no better.
Since install date 27/04/21 no problem. 8th May lost wifi on mobile phone. Rang the technical service just now who were extremely helpful and got me back on line.

I had issues with my IP address and could not access a certain website provider, (Amazon prime) however after a few calls with different customer service people at 6-G I finally spoke with a very technical minded customer service lady, who was instrumental in contacting the 6-G IT department to look into and finally correct my IP address issue, she took me through the steps to shutdown and reboot my router and finally i have the system working great and the website (Amazon prime) is now not blocked. . It did take some time ( a few days) but my issue was resolved and i thank the lady who sorted this for me, she is a credit to the 6-G organisation.
