Daniel Johnson and Luke Hamilton engineers, provided excellent services in relation to safety, high standard of fibre signals and full control throughout the whole house, leaving us with a more reliable and cost effective internet. They were polite, professional and friendly within all aspects of the service.

They came at 8am earlier then expected. They did all the work fitting it in and kept me informed thoroughout the process. I now have better internet for half the price so thank you 6g

Very quick and polite
Engineers JT and CD installed the router and checked the aerial. They ran into problems but they sorted it and we now have a decent connection. They were courteous and competent.

Not even joined yet and still getting red flags from 6g constantly ring me each day, 3 times a day because I made an enquiry apparently, but seriously tho 3 times a day? Why you spamming for? Just put me off wanting to change your service. If I want to join ill ring in or make an appointment please don't spam my phone each day please 1 is enough thanks.

Had 6g internet installed today, cannot fault shaun, David and Jacob. All very professional and friendly, advised me what they were doing at every step, David and Jacob made sure to clean up after themselves and put everything back where they were, which just shows attention to detail, and giving great customer service. Shaun advised me on what he would be doing while inside the property, and wrote out all instructions for me for afterwards. Shaun even took his boots off before entering the carpeted area which again just showed me the amount of respect you're guys have for not only customers but there property also, he also made sure to clear everything away and put things back in place, best service I have ever received, my Internet is 100x better, and as a mature student its some thing I rely on, not to mention a gaming son! Who is equally thrilled, so thankyou, and enjoy you're weekend.

Had 6G Airfibre installed today. Very professional team, explained everything every step of the way. Showed me what was going on at all times. DJ and JP were really helpful and provided me with good tips and knowledge. My internet speed is at least 10% faster than what I ordered, and at no extra cost🙂
My Internet had gone off,rang 6g within 10 minutes it was back up and running, no waiting on the phone line to get though to customer services like you are with alot of company's. For a new company I couldn't be more happier.
Service hasn’t been the best with having problems with WiFi speed, last installation wasn’t the best also with the box being installed to low so we couldn’t fit new skirting board now left with a hole in the brick work having to move the box higher! Clayton the engineer came Friday to sort these problems out and was very helpful and tried his best to sort this and is to come back to rectify it.
May 20th 2022 installation was carried out very professionally by Jamie and James - so far very happy with my switch to 6G
