Signed up at the beginning of October and promised installation before the end of the month. They cancelled two installation dates on the 16th November and again two days before installation which was supposed to be this Friday the 26th November saying that my property couldn't get a reception. Funny that next door had it installed last week!! Unprofessional timewasters but maybe a blessing in disguise reading the horror stories people are having with these clowns........
Had my internet fitted today the installation guys were very informative and pleasant mannered well done guys

Just had 6G installed I am happy with the installation done my Dan & Jacob. They have done a good job. The speed seems to be quicker than my old Talk Talk service. We will see if it maintaines that speed and if it is reliable. Fingers crossed. Adrian.

We are a church based in Blackburn. Had Ax mesh installed by engineers AW, JW, RW, JP. Spent all day installing 4 routers around the whole building. Excellent work and lovely guys. Very impressed

Just had my internet installed today, great service from Tom Dan & Brad! Put the router exactly where I needed it, explained everything very clearly and they even worked through their dinner! Couldn't have asked for more, thanks lads.
6g engineers were fantastic! While installing the router they made cables all nice and tidy, cleaned debris from drilling with a dust pan, explained how to connect to the router and use my 6Gi booklet, and I even got a free extension lead! Also they were very friendly; showed proper manners like taking off shoes before coming in and wearing a face mask. Good job guys! :-D
The worst broadband ever. Been with 6G Internet for the last 4 months and the speed has been terrible.I'm advised I will get an average speed of 100mbps and when doing a speed test I get speeds of 6.17mbps Further to this when I complain about this I get advised to send multiple screenshots, apparently the issue is resolved for a few days and then same thing again. Half the time theres no point even calling through cos you know what they'll say or ask you to do. If you want perfect guaranteed speed then you pay an additional fee to get this. When wanting to leave a broadband which hinders you to work from home you HAVE to pay the early termination fee, no way out of it! Sorry I couldnt give MINUS 10
Drilled into the gas mains and could have killed us They sent an engineer to install the antenna but the engineer drilled into the main gas line of my house. The only thing stopping a gas leak and potentially blowing up my house and killing my family was a single screw. When I informed 6g of the issue they refused to accept liability blaming it on HS4 and closed the matter off. They didn't even offer to make sure we had managed to fix the issue properly. They could have literally killed my family and they couldn't care less.

Upon signing up with 6G i was promised a minimum speed of 100gb for each plan taken out, with full house coverage on their new routers. Within hours of the installers leaving my property the service fell dramatically. I requested a cancellation within my 14 day statutory cooling off period, only to get told the Cooling off period commenced from date of siging the contract. It took them 4 weeks to install upon signing up. They have refused to fulfill my statutory right of cancelation. I have taken videos of the internet speed and sent across to them and still offering no solution. Absolutely apalled with the service and the arrogance
