I've been with 6Gi for 15 months now (contract for 2 years). I don't think I've called an internet provider so many times in my life! When it works - it works great, the problem is that it rarely works. 1. 5G drops off regularly 2. On a regular basis I don't have any internet 3. Even if the internet is there, I don't get it in my office (it's 10m away from the router!) I had many promises from the technical support, yet none of those promises realised into something tangible. I just can't wait to get rid of them. Hugely disappointed customer.

Absolutely excellent service from the engineers who came to fix my Internet. Friendly, curious, professional and did the job quickly. No hesitation and replacing parts and getting the problem solved quickly. Very pleased indeed
The installation team have just finished very good lads kept everything clean also helped us set up my own gaming router on the system and so far the Internet as been perfect. Used to be on virgin now 6g are much cheaper then virgin for what I needed. I would highly recommend 6g.

On Saturday evening (10 July) I noticed that there was no internet available to my computer, but was not overly concerned as I had just been using the telephone and everything appeared satisfactory. However, on Sunday (11 July) I discovered that it was not possible to use the telephone either. The domestic wi-fi network continued to function. I spoke to Lyn in Customer Services at 10.19 hrs today (12 July) who spent 30 minutes guiding me through various adjustments with the router, unfortunately without success. She referred the problem to Technical Services and the telephone and internet were restored by 11.30 hrs. An excellent service today.
Their connection is so inconsistent and so unreliable. Over the past 4 months of being with them I have had to call them atleast every 2 weeks regarding a connection issue. But when it works it works just fine nothing special about it. It's the lack of consistency and reliability of the connection that makes me so frustrated. Even whilst I am writing this review I am still on my data and they haven't given me any alternatives. Would not recommend to anyone.
