Had 6G internet installed last week, and I have to say that the service has been fantastic, especially at one third of the price of my previous supplier. From my first time contacting the company to the finish of the install, everything has been excellent. I had a call early on the appointed day to say that due to bad weather conditions the engineers were running a little late, but they arrived only 15 minutes after the arranged time. Both Ryan and Ismail carried out the installation to a very high standard, and were most courteous, and helpful, and answered any questions I had. When the install was finished Ryan sat down with me and went through all the instructions, and passwords etc, with me. I must say that 6G internet is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everybody. Thanks guys. I posted the above review in Oct 2021 but since then I have to say that the service from this company has gone from bad to worse. It is now at the stage where they say that they are unable to source the cause of my very bad internet speed. I have had at least 10 of the staff at my house to try to sort the problem, but they now say that they cannot find the fault that is causing the bad internet speed. I have now downgraded my package with 6G to the minimum one and have signed back on with Virgin Media. In the last 2 weeks I have had to reboot my router at least 5 times. It appears that every time they work on their system my router has to be rebooted. This is simply not good enough. I mentioned this to a customer services agent yesterday, and all he said was , yes that is right, that i what happens. My security system is connected to this very bad service, so when the system goes off I have no security until I reboot my system. Be very careful if you are thinking of having 6G internet installed, and do your research first. My experiences with this company have been the worst I have ever experienced. They certainly are not the caring local company they say they are. Reply2 mIn September 2021 I entered a binding 24 month contract with 6G internet, which I might add is also binding on the side of 6G internet . Despite justifiably having to call 6G too many times, starting on 22nd Dec 2021 regarding the constant drop in signal to my property, and 6G employees calling to try to find out the cause of this problem , there has been no improvement. In fact the problem has now gotten much worse. Every time 6G work on their equipment my service goes down and I have to reboot my router. This seems to mostly happen at night leaving my property vulnerable. I have explained several times to Customer services that my security cameras and Ring doorbell depended on having internet connection, but I know that they do not want to know anymore, and try to fob me off telling me that there is nothing more they can do. This means that 6G are in contravention of their contract as they are unable to provide me with the service they promised. I do not for one second believe this as my next door neighbour does not have these reception problems. I have now had to have Virgin media re-installed at my property in order to ensure continued cover for the above security items. Both the service and customer service from 6G internet has been absolutely disgraceful and I intend to take this matter as far as I can, and also publicise this through every avenue that is open to me . Your motto of "Our network never slows down. Get the speeds you pay for, all the time". This is certainly not true, in my case. I don't think you can say that "the grass is greener."

We recently had 6gi installed, the engineers that attended where extremely friendly and very efficient, they explained everything fully to us and made sure all was OK before leaving, unfortunately due to it being a very new service in our area a couple of days later we had some issues, speaking to customer service was quick and easy they were very friendly and apologetic and told me the engineers would attend the fault and they would call me to update, I didn't hold much hope that this would be any time soon, if at all however 30 mins later I got a call to say they believe the fault was rectified and for a couple of days it was better, however it returned, I was starting to doubt my decision to go with such a new company however I called customer service again and got straight through to an advisor who was very sorry again and explained they would get Engineers out and I would get a call to update, a day later I received a call, I was told the engineers had corrected the issue and due to the number of issues I had experienced I would get my first month's bill credited, the engineers then attended the property to check everything was as good as it could be, made several changes and stayed for a while making sure we were happy and everything was explained to us again, extremely friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. I understood when going with such a new company that teething problems were likely but the way that they have been dealt with has been second to none I would highly recommend them based on our experience so far

Had my internet installed this morning. The lads were great, they arrived on time, were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. No hassle and my internet is now much, much faster. They checked reception in every room too. 10/10

The engineers were very helpful and set everything up perfectly to exactly where I wanted the equipment. The install was very neat and tidy and the engineers respected our home by wearing shoe covers and masks. The speed is much faster than my previous provider as they provide a set speed instead of an "up to" speed. There was a slight delay in the installation date but I was kept informed at all stages and fully understand that they are creating a brand new network to provide Internet access, instead of using very old cables.
