Good overall experience, phone is great as described and looking like new. Delivery was a little problematic as no one in to accept delivery, not mentioned when ordering, but very easy to get sent to another address with someone in. There is no VAT on these phones but if like me it is purchased on a work credit card it could be easier to get a decent receipt to state this for the bean counters.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra colour rose pink - this site cut others by more than £100. I read the reviews as with other sites this one has its share of negative but I just wanted to try a site that others I knew hadn't. I took a chance and I was astounded by the service. I ordered at 1457hrs on one day and it was delivered the next day before 1330hrs to my work place. I waited outside at the appointed hour had many looking out and we still missed the driver who delivered to my colleague with a signature I was happy my colleague called me and the rest is history. I received emails x 2 from this company as soon as I ordered stating order was received and despatched withing minutes. Then the delivery company emailed to say that they were expecting a package as soon as they received it they would make contact. The same was done I was able to track my delivery I then received a delivery time frame and they stuck to it. I received a phone in excellent condition as I requested only the stylus was very scratched alot I'd the top coat missing and the type a little wonky --- however, ot works perfectly. Overall I am very satisfied I have recommended thus site to my son and others and I would definitely recommend to readers of this review. I am fully satisfied with my phone.. it is all that I expected and more. Up until now I have always bought a phone on contract buy for me thus is the way to go buying what I want to use when I want it. My sons 29 years and 39 years are very impressed with their mother's find. Tha just you very much h for thus fabulous service and the boxed item which came with the charging lead and pin to change sim card. Can't see where to add photos if I get a chance later I will add some totally professional service and I saved a bundle thank you so much.

Update - After posting this review someone from 4Gadgets got in touch and they have now sent me a Samsung charger which fits the phone better but there is still no click when inserting and it is still temperamental when plugged in can can still come out far too easily, meaning it stops charging. I can only assume that the phone is at fault and that the charging port is too slack. I do not want to send the phone back as I moved all my information across and to replace the phone would mean sending this phone back before getting the replacement which would mean that I lose all my contacts, setting, password etc etc. For a phone that was supposed to be 'perfect' and paid for the top condition it is VERY disappointing to say the least. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Bough a Samsung Galaxy S20 from them last week and have been trying to contact them since. I have sent emails and I have just been on hold for 31 minutes before the phone line cut off. The phone was supposed to come with an Official Samsung charger but it does not it comes with a generic charger that does not fit the phone very well. It will not go into the charging port well and only just balances in. No click at all and just teeters on the end of falling out. The result is that unless it sits perfectly flat and completely still it stops charging. You can not hold the phone while it is connected to the charger as it stops charging. If it receives the slightest of knocks or you brush it with your finger of hand it falls out. It is VERY poor!! I have been trying to contact them to discuss the fault (either the charger or the phone if at fault) but I can not get a response. They say (while you are on hold for hours) that they pride themselves on their customer service?? Why then do they not answer emails and cut you off while you are on hold. No response to emails and 31minues on hold only to be cut off shows that they do not pride themselves on customer service at all but rather that they have little care for their customers once they have received their money. I hope to be able to delete or amend this review if they sort out the issue. If not I will have to take the issue to the small claims court as without contact with them I have no other option.

Afrer tracking the price of the Samsung S22+ on various sites, I decided to buy from 4gadgets base on great reviews. I found a 5% discount code to be use at checkout and even better just before I placed my order the price suddenly dropped by £50. I couldn't be happier with the price I paid for this phone. The condition was described as pristine and that is exactly how it arrived. Just like brand new. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning even though I didn't pay extra for a weekend delivery. Top service. Well done !

Called up interested in a product I had been deliberating on for quite a while. Called the Sales and was met with Michael, line to gather a bit more information as to when stock would be back in and was met by someone who was bland, disinterested, became quite patronising with his passive aggressive responses and not receptive at all before hanging up on me. I asked if I could speak to someone senior or who could answer my questions. Such a shame as I called seriously interested after seeing all the positive reviews initially. For context, I asked for a time frame of when stock is due to come in whether it be bulk deliveries or just as and when due to time frames. and he said ''They're refurbished, that's all you need to know'' Reply to their comment about being abusive and hung up upon. I have had emails and calls from David physically begging me to take my review down and write a positive one so it can be sorted in house, I have offered for them to listen back on the phone call as this was not the case. They had more interest in the review than rectifying the issue, they apologised and highlighted Michael is new and this could effect him, i empathised but sadly this wasn’t his attitude when delivering service
