Really good actually. Was a bit weary as the price was so good and I hadnt used this before, but I posted my S22 Ultra and got the full amount paid into my paypal account within days! Great experience and highly recommended.

Just over 24 hours between posting my item off to receiving my bank transfer. A reasonable price deduction for scratches on the screen and great communication throughout the process will definitely use again in the future.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with fonewizard and I question whether to trust them. I was given a £135 quote for my fully working samsung s20. It was in pretty much perfect condition when I sent it a few days ago, thanks to being in a case with a screen protector. I also sent it in its original box for safe transit. When the phone was received I was told it was faulty as the back was coming off. They sent a very unclear photo and offered £30! I was very disappointed, especially given that Christmas is around the corner and I fully expected to receive the amount originally quoted as my phone left my possession in such good condition. I understand that it was my choice to accept the revised offer (I didn't want the faff of having the phone returned with this likely new damage). I did explain that my phone left me in great condition but this was ignored. I am giving 2 stars as customer service were quick to respond etc. but I don't trust the company and would definitely take any future phones to a local company in person to avoid any claims of 'damage in transit'.

My first time using the company and would highly recommend them to everyone. The staff were excellent and very polite, helpful and professional.

I tried 2 other companies. Fone wizard gave me a price, then emailed to say they had received the phone, then emailed 4 hrs later to say the money would be in my bank after 5pm that day. No messing about. Absolutely brilliant service.

Decided to sell my mobile phone. I used comparison website and done wizard promised to pay me £340 for my phone. I have sold mobile phones to different websites before but they paid less than I wanted so thought I’d go ahead and sell it to this company. Sent my phone in good working condition. Then the next day I got a message to say microphone was faulty and offered £80. I asked them to send it back which thankfully they did. And it doesn’t have anything wrong with it at all. So I’ve now sold it to someone else. I wish I read the reviews before because a lot of people have been experiencing exactly the same issue as me and I never thought anything like this would happen to me.
