4gadgets refurbished phones tend to be a little more expensive than similar offerings from The Big phone Store and ur phones but I've bought 4 phones from them over the years and quality is high. I recommend them. If you get an excellent or pristine phone it looks and feels like new 🙂

This is my 4th device i'm buying from 4Gadgets. The phone is technically fine as usual, I'm using it for a week now, but there were 2 problems: 1. DPD left it at my door when nobody was in, this is a bit of a problem as it's a 700£ device and I live in a flat building..not very safe, driver actually took a picture with it sitting by the door when threre was no safe place or neighbour option. I tried to change the delivery location to a pick up point but i couldn't, DPD's website said that the seller should have enabled that option first. 2. I asked for a black device, Titanium Black , to be precise and I received a Titanium Grey phone. This never happened before, all my other orders were exactly as requested.

Despite only ordering only a 'good' condition S22 Ultra, it seems to be pretty much perfect. No micro-scratches on the screen, case or lenses. Maybe it was in a case and used inductive charging, because for all the world, it looks like new old stock. Battery seems like new. Free next day delivery, warranty... No I haven't been paid to say this, I'm just a happy customer.

I bought S23 Ultra in premium highest quality from you via BackMarket and after few weeks something started shaking inside. I sent it back and you sent it to me back saying that these are lenses inside the camera and it's normal. That wouldn't be a problem. Problem was that you sent me back phone with minimal protection and i found new multiple scratches on the display which they weren't there before. Absolutely awful awful behaviour from 4gadgets. I will never ever order from there again and rather buy a new phone. I am absolutely devastated now. I was recommending the website to my friends and colleagues, well, now my opinion completely changed. I regret I did not buy a new, when I was looking. :(

Great for a second hand phone, would not believe that it's not new out the factory, excellent condition just like.the description said very happy with it.
