I got a Samsung note 20 ultra phone from them 18 months ago, which suddenly stopped working, asked for their help, said they only support 12 months of warranty, took it to the local repairer, found it was opened unauthorised and missed with internal components and they can't fix it, returned to 4 gadgets for help but they refused again, ended up with a piece of metal just after only 18 months of purchase for not a cheap phone.

Immaculate phone no issues looks brand new operating like new also would definitely recommend.

Another great phone supplied by 4gadgets.co.uk Great price paid for handset. Pristine condition as described. Only thing that was slightly disappointing this time was the slightly tatty box the phone was packaged in. Other than that fantastic service and delivery.

I used 4Gadgets for the first time at the beginning of June to buy/sell my mobile phones. Initially, I decided I wanted a Samsung S23 Ultra which worked out for the “Pristine” version at a fraction over £600. If you are like me, one man’s pristine does not reach my idea of pristine. I ordered one after office hours on a Friday and it arrived mid-morning on the following Tuesday. It was all I could have hoped for. In excellent(pristine) condition. I could not find a fault or mark anywhere. Everything worked just fine and I was quickly up and running. Two weeks later I am still very happy with my purchase. I had already agreed a trade-in with 4Gadgets to help fund my purchase and sent my old phone in on the Wednesday. By the Thursday tea-time the money was in my bank account. No hassle, no queries. Just a simple transaction. When I think of the aggravation using eB-y and the percentage they take I can heartily recommend using 4Gadgets instead. Something to sell? Do not hesitate. Use 4Gadgets every time.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G Smartphone SIM Free Android Mobile Phone Phantom Silver 128GB (UK Version) described as 'excellent' from 4gadgets. It came in a small black box with a sim removal tool and a USB/USB type C charging cable. The condition was as described - excellent - I couldn't see any blemishes. On charging it reached 100%. It also has a dual SIM. Works as new. I also bought a dexnor case for the phone. I also bought a Samsung fast charger 25W. The phone recharges up to 100%. I recently went to the Philippines and added a local Smart SIM to the IDMobile SIM I already had installed. No roaming charges if you access free wifi - plus data charges are cheap in the Philippines. No problems in humid 38 degree centigrade heat. all-in-all an excellent purchase.

Practically perfect. Good price. The phone looks brand new.I checked the battery using a health check app and it showed 98% . Don't waste your money buying new.
