Bought a phone from 4gadgets through Backmarket, moment I put my sim card into it I was hacked, lost my Bank account, WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Messenger, PayPal, Parentpay, Ebay and a host of other apps..can't get in touch with either company.. Avoid them both.

Purchased a preowned phone from Amazon and it was awful, so after waiting a week for a refund I looked at different companies to buy a new one, 4gadgets stood out because 1 there reviews, 2 they answer and try to sort even bad reviews, there returns policy if ever needed is better than everyone else, 3 the phone I received is as described works perfectly and was fairly priced.

Good value and quick delivery of perfect Samsung Galaxy S10. I ordered one in the 'Excellent' category and I genuinely can't see that the 'pristine' option could be any better!

I purchased a Samsung S22 refurb in Feb 24 & after approx 6 months it developed a fault. I returned the phone under warranty & within 48 hours received a replacement phone no quibble. Service & communication was great and would certainly buy again from 4gadgets. A positive experience, good saving against new and good when a company deal promptly with customer issues. Would not hesitate to recommend.

3rd phone I have bought from 4gadgets, never had any problems. When I received previous phone, I needed to exchange it for same model with more storage due to my own error, customer services sorted this quickly and easily. My previous phones have been great, and I am confident that this recently bought phone will be just as good
