Ordered a 4th phone from 4gadgets and unfortunately it was faulty so received a full refund and reordered, excellent replacement arrived in timely manner. Had been an issue with the fact that case & screen protector had to be removed when returned faulty phone but subsequently position rectified by Billy and we therefore did not lose out.

I accidentally ordered phone with wrong storage so had to return, the process was very smooth and straightforward.

I used them after being let down by Smart Cellular who had my money for 3 weeks and still didn't deliver the phone, and now I guess I have a long wait for the refund. As described quick easy purchase

the first time i purchased refurbished phone and first time to use 4gadgets. the web site is simple to use, lots of choices available, price is reasonable, i purchased Samsung S22 Ultra 'excellent' condition and i am extremely happy with the item i received. if it came with an original box i would not know it was a refurbished phone. Only have the phone for a week, so far so good, keep the fingers crossed.

I did not believe it at first, to get such an expensive Samsung Ultra Phone for this cheap price. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to get such a phone, with less price.

Ordered a used phone graded as good , delivery was quick, i was very happy with the condition of the phone, it almost looked new with only one mark on the top left hand corner. The screen and back of the phone was excellent condition. I would recommend this company if looking at used/refurbished phones. Cant comment on customer service as i haven't cause to contact.

Love it, was so worth, it the refurbishing is top quality and I was going to buy from the same refurbisher on backmarket but it was a little cheaper on their normal website and I didn't have to pay for the 12 or 24 month guarantee so it came a lot cheaper idk I love this refurbisher and seeing their work makes me sure that I will buy all my refurbished goods from them xx

6th purchase. There was an issue with my recent purchase.. Previously the phones I've bought were of a high standard and excellent value. On this occasion there was an issue and some confusion over the returns process,maybe misunderstanding on my part. Was contacted by Billy from customer services who has resolved everything and we are back on track. I've recommended this company to friends and family as buying one of their phones and getting a sim only deal with your provider works out way cheaper than an expensive contract. Most of the phones I've bought from here have arrived looking 'as new ' and generally have been great value. I have an S9+ i bought 2 years ago and it's still my favourite phone to this day.
