I was VERY worried about buying an expensive item from an unknown site, but after a bit of research and from reading the reviews thought I'd give it a try. I did not need to worry though. This site is great, the phone arrived in brilliant condition, I ordered an "excellent" one, I think it was, and it did not disappoint. The phone had the original sticky stuff still stuck on the sides (for protection) there was no damage to the screen or corners. Arrived on time, a code was needed for the phone to be handed to me from the delivery driver, which I liked as it ment it couldn't just be dropped off to a wrong house. Will definitely use this site again in the future. Thankyou.

I chose 4gadgets because of the good reviews. As it was the first time buying a refurbished phone, I was a bit apprehensive. However my fears where quickly put aside when my phone arrived. I opted for the 'excellent' condition phone. When it arrived by the next day, which in itself was impressive, my first impressions of the phone were that it was indeed in excellent condition. It wasn't available in 'pristine' but to be quite honest, I don't know how much better it could have looked. I've had it a couple of weeks now and so far, so good. It was my DIL who first brought to my attention the option of buying refurbished. There seem to be quite a few sites who offer refurbished phones now, but after my initial experience, I would definitely recommend 4gadgets. As yet I have had no cause to contact customer services, so I can't comment on that side of things, but judging by everything else, I would expect there to be no issues with that either. Good quality phone and good value

The phone I ordered and received was faultless, not a mark on it anywhere, and in fact had the appearance of a new item, arriving in a box that protected it well. My previous phone was from a competitor in the Market, but I won't be going Back to them.

Company says it accepts general wear and tear. I sent the watch and the offer was revised from £60 to £5. I felt unfair but the company has since contracted me further to explain the situation, they have taken onboard my feedback regarding their T and C's and resolved my issue. You can't ask for more than that for a firm. Well done.

I bought a refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra. I've never bought refurbished before so was a bit anxious but I wanted to upgrade the phone I've had for the past 5 years and couldn't afford to buy new. I chose the "excellent condition" The phone arrived promptly as promised. It's incredible. Not a mark or scratch on it. It looks absolutely brand new and I'm delighted with it, especially the cameras which was my main reason for getting a new phone, although it is a little big compared to my faithful Huawei.
