Unfortunately there isn't an option to give 10 stars otherwise I would. I've just received my second 3D crystal from Johnsey and the quality was every bit as good as the first and I couldn't be more happier. This second order was from a pet who passed years ago so I only had a few low resolution images to choose from, but despite this it turned out fantastic and Johnsey was on hand from start to finish and always fast to respond to ensure I got the right picture and everything was to my satisfaction before proceeding - I'll certainly be using again and have no hesitation recommending to my family and friends

Having previously purchased from this company and being 100% impressed by their beautifully engraved crystal and customer service I wanted to buy another piece for my husband's 70th birthday. Having a problem putting together my idea on their 'virtual' page I went to the Live Chat. This was with "Johnsey" who really 'earned his keep' today. He took me through my ideas, giving info and instructions how to send him the photos, sent me various set-ups of the two photos I wanted included and text placing. Put them in 'placement' on the crystal so I could choose what I was happy with. All info regarding crystal choices and sizes, prices and shipping and payment details. He put up with my barrage of what/where/when and hows in a very friendly, professional and patient manner. I'm delighted in getting my surprise crystal ordered, exactly as I had hoped for. Thank you so much "Johnsey" for your excellent customer service. Much appreciated. I highly recommend the site to anyone wanting beautiful personalised work on beautiful crystal (and extremely helpful staff).
There are quite a few companies that do 3D crystal design, so I did a lot of research. 3DCrystal was very helpful and patient while I sorted thru my options. They spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable before I purchased. I chose to work with them and I am super glad because the finished product is amazing. The clarity is spectacular!!!! The people at 3DCrystal are artists! I am beyond satisfied and will use them again.

I was nervous my first time using 3d crystal. I was facinated with how the crystal was created and excited to see my finished product. At first I did only one for my friend's birthday and she LOVED it and so did I. I worked with Johnsey and our interactions were flawless. He walked me through every little detail, he was very patient, calm and understanding, he make my experience unforgettable. In total I have done 8 crystals and I did them all with Johnsey he's excellent. I am sure I will be back to do more crystal. I was 'that guy' who emailed support per not finding a larger size within their product line. It hadn't been more than 30min when an associate responded, listened to my issues, found the product, w/proofs ready to go. The associate kept the entire experience in the email, which was great, no external links, no portal logins, etc. That was important and made it super casual. The product came a day earlier, and most importantly looked amazing!! Couldn't be happier!!
