A beautiful product that made my mom cry with emotions seeing my brothers image, I did the same when I first opened. It is beautiful to have a 3 deminsional crystal of my brother, he passed and having this image is helpful to have.
Customer service was exceptional. The team were very helpful with helping me select the best photo and helping me with positioning of said photo as well as answering my many (sometimes dumb) questions. I've only just finalised placing an order and i am excited to see the final product. If their customer service is anything to go by the finished product will be an 11/10

The U.S. postal service sent my package from New York to Portland, Oregon. Then from Portland, Oregon back to New York. I contacted Melissa at 3D Crystal to let her know she would getting the package back. She took immediate action and kept in constant contact with me. I finally received the package. Even though the package was sent coast to coast twice it arrived in perfect condition. Melissa provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. I highly recommend this company.
