I ordered the heart crystal with base and key chains, wasn't happy with the placement of the image and the team at 3d crystal remade it for me no problem, free of charge and i got to keep the original. It came out perfect and can't thank them enough for their generosity. Shipment in both cases was real quick, 1 -2 days. I obviously highly recommend 3D Crystal to anyone considering such a product and a special shout out to Johnsey who provided great service and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks again 3D Crystal.
Ordered the heart and keychain crystal turned out better than I could have imagined. Fast delivery and didn't get the keychain at first but they definitely didn't make it a hassle to get it. Great customer service!!

I got the corner cut crystal for my boyfriend for his birthday. I used a picture of our cat that he loves to death. It came out beautifully with such amazing detail. It was better than I had hoped for. I wish it came with a display stand though. You can only purchase expensive light up stands from their site. Had I known that, I wouldn't have picked such a unique shape. Edited because I didn't open the box before gifting it. It actually sits on it's corner and doesnt even need a stand. He absolutely loves it, it was his favorite present. All of his friends are planning on ordering one for their families. Highly recommend.

This site is a scam and use fake reviews, they scammed me for 100 dollars. Very sad people behind this company, i recommend never buying anything here!
3D Crystal is now deleting my reviews and comments, turning off comments, and not responding to my messages via email or messenger. I will be reporting to the BBB and contacting a lawyer to sue 3D Crystal. This company took almost $200 of my money, they know I have not received my crystal and stand, and they are ignoring my requests for a refund.
