The crystals looked fantastic upon delivery. But the keychain survived one day in my wife’s purse before the crystal broke. The glass broke off a big chunk from the front. Seems like there was a fault in the glsss itself.

I’ve purchased several 3D Crystals and they are always well done. This time I needed quick shipping. I paid a little extra and WOW, the finished product arrived in 3 days and I ordered it on a Saturday. Great service and always a well-loved gift.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They lost item ordered an emailed me to contact THEIR SHIPPER to track it down. Still not received item ordered! Shop at one of their competitors, no satisfaction with them. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute charges for items never delivered.
