The person I chatted with was patient and attentive to what I was looking for. We spent 2 hours on chat figuring out exactly what works for me. It was what 1:30am when I started the order, when we were done, 3:30am-ish, Thursday going into Friday morning. Here it is Saturday and my crystal is already here. WOW! Amazing service and product looks perfect. Thank you so much. A bit pricey for me normally, but service and delivery speed makes up for it.
My experience was really good. The artist did as many templates as I requested. The crystal arrived in very good time and my son and daughter in law absolutely love it. I have only seen a picture but hope to see the actual crystal soon.
I can't post the finish product until after Santa visits our house, but the entire process in dealing with 3DCrystal was a pleasure. They took my photo, which I combined from three separate photos and the final result is more than I could have hoped for. It's fantastic! And it comes to life with their lit base.
I sent the pic pretty late in the Christmas season but they guaranteed Dec 24 delivery. Well Christmas came early! Not only was the item early (came the 22nd) BUT the product itself is shockingly good. I can't wait to surprise my mother with this wonderful impression of the dog she loves so much. Was looking for a nice Christmas gift for my mom and came across their products. I spoke with a graphic artist about combining a couple images of our family dogs all into one mini mantle piece and it came out beautiful. Not only was the customer help amazing, but a preview of my artwork was ready within 6 hours of requesting it, and delivery was lightning fast. I will definitely be ordering one again in the future!
The online representative Mellissa was very patient and informative. She helped me understand the process and she showed me several mockups of the image that i was looking to memorialize. And then she gave me great recommendations on the best way to organize the photograph. It was great support and she took her time and walked me through each step.
I wanted a depiction of my wife’s horse as a Christmas gift for her. The preview I received from my submitted photo looked great. The received product however was extremely disappointing. The etching has no depth and has lost half the horse’s neck. It is so faint that when put on a shelf it is impossible to see what the image is intended to be. I spoke to the company and their response was that there is no flaws in the product. I beg to differ. I think it is very poor quality and not at all like the advertised product.

The customer service with this company is incredible! So refreshing - they actually stand behind their product and aim for complete satisfaction. I received my ornament, but the image was a little light for my liking. I wasn't completely happy and contacted them. They gave me solutions (totally honest - I asked if keeping the background would make it better and they said they would try to darken the image instead) and sent me a new ornament. Shipping was incredibly fast. Still had my second ornament in time for Christmas. I would 100% recommend 3DCrystal. Thank you!
