I spent so much money on this and am not 100 % satisfied. I even bought the light. The picture is not visible that much—only at night when I turn the base light on. I wouldn't have spent the money I did on this had I known it looked like this.
Your portrait came out great! A picture of both of us at a formal cruise dinner which I gave to my wife on our anniversary. A great way to keep those wonderful memories alive forever!

I gave it 4 stares, because, you have to hold it at eye level or higher, to see it clearly If you put it on an end table you have to bend over, or squat down to see it, It almost like it was done on a angle, I have purchased three crystals before I purchased this and they were all fine, if you put them on a counter or a end table you can look down end see the image with out bending over or lifting it to eye level, Over all they do a good job, I purchased one from another company and it not as good as 3D crystals I Would by again from them
