In my first order, the mantel was not done the way I had asked
I bought as a gift for my wife and stepdaughter. It turned out amazingly better than I thought it would. Now they are not only presrrved in time by a photo they are in a nice crystal that will not fade with time.

Fast delivery. I was surprised at the detail in the picture. The only thing I would change is the turning base I purchased as the image is very cloudy on the sides, otherwise love it!

Everything about the 3D crystal was amazing. The picture was spot on, the size of the crystal was perfect and the base and light makes it look awesome. I also had my 3D crystal 2 days after I ordered it.

I was skeptical at first BUT after receiving the large piece of my father who has passed it looks amazing! The detail is awesome 👍 I would definitely recommend getting one. Also, if you are getting a large piece I would definitely recommend getting a light. I did not and then I had to purchase afterwards which it brings the color out just using a plane white light. I don't like the colors.

Laser image was nice and clear. However the piece itself was way too thick to be used as a necklace. Also the necklace chain was very light duty. Would be better sold as a Christmas tree ornament.

Item turned out great. Gave this to a newly married couple with a picture of their 'you may now kiss the bride' kiss. Delivery time was able to be pushed up with some extra money. Everything about the company was very professional. Even was impressed with the box this came in! They went crazy over it...absolutely loved it!
The picture was grainy, it was not the crystal clear shots they showed online. The photo we sent was not grainy. It was very sharp and clear and no one said that it would be a problem. It was not like the ones displayed and I was disappointed with the end product. I would not recommend or buy again.
