Asad did a great job in answering my questions and responded quickly. He made up 3 different preview options to choose from and walked me through the whole process.
My only problem was the LED base. I was expecting something more sturdy. This one I paid $30 for and takes batteries. Cheaply made for the price. The crystal itself is beautifully made.

There were delays in receiving this order. The courier initially forecasted it would be early, but was changed to delayed late on the original delivery date. It did, however arrive within the standard ship time for FedEx. The product was just as I had expected (this was my second order with 3D Crystal), high quality at a reasonable price.
This was a gift for my wife remember our first vacation. Looks fantastic and brought tears to both our eyes
If this was the Xmas present that I purchased, it was never delivered to me. 5 months later, I do not remember all the details, but if it was not for a kind person, I never would have received my order. A person called me and had my order in a box with an incorrect label. Fortunately, they opened the box and found some documentation that had my phone number and name. They gave me directions and their address so I could make the trip to pick up my order. The order was delivered to a business in Mooresville, NC and I live in Charlotte, NC.

The quality of the product is great. The 3D crystal photo cube looks just like the photo but more enhanced.
