I purchased a 3D Crystal using a picture of one of my dogs. After receiving the item, it was so amazing that I purchased 6 more crystals with my other dogs and the dogs of my grandchilds.
The picture I sent and the picture that is in the crystal was distorted. Also, the keychain light didn’t work. They argued that it was fine and only offered partial credit. Also said they would send a new keychain and never did. There hasn’t been one person who hasn’t said, that doesn’t really look like you:( My nose is distorted and the contrast is so faint. I purchased with this company regardless they were most expensive because they touted they were the clearest and had great customer service… which I feel I got neither.
This time I purchased the thicker crystal glass. And it made a huge difference. It looks like a miniature version of my Son sitting atop my coffee table. Absolutely beautiful.

I had seen these for years and had always loved the look but never pulled the trigger on getting one made. I was given a terminal diagnosis last summer and that pushed me to get one made. It's exactly what I thought. The picture reprodution was amazing. We love it. I also purcahsed the multi-colored LED light base and highly recommend get this. The crystal image looks fabulous on its own but really comes to life with those LED lights shining from underneath. Everyone whos visited our house has made comments about. EVERYONE.
