The image is very light. Difficult to see without the light box on. Very disappointed. Update June 12, 2024 3DCrystal responded to my review and communicated with me via email. They said they wanted me to be satisfied with the product and offered to redo the crystal. I sent them another image which thy reproduced and sent me a new crystal without delay. This was unexpected on my part. Their customer service was excellent. Kat was my contact and she did a great job. My wife and I are pleased with the product (photo of our puppy in crystal) and will certainly purchase from them again.

I ordered the heart with my mom's favorite picture of my brother with his son. My brother had passed away suddenly in a car accident 9 years ago. Anyways, the 3d effect turned out even better than I had expected! Kinda took my breath away when I opened it actually. My mom shed some tears when she took a look, but she loves it and immediately wanted it put up in the living room. I also got the heart key chains with the push button lights, which turned out perfect, for my sister and all my nieces. All in all I'd buy again and recommend to anyone.
