We ordered a crystal for my mother-in-law to give to her son and his wife on their golden wedding anniversary. From the moment we made contact with the 3D artist via the chat facility on the 3DCrystal.com website, nothing was too much trouble. The artist assumed control of the whole process, producing the digital proofs, so we could see what the crystal would look like and, once we were completely happy, even placing the order for us. The crystal was despatched much more quickly than we had anticipated, and when we noticed a problem with the inscription, a new crystal was produced and despatched without any quibble and at no extra cost to us. We cannot recommend 3DCrystal.com highly enough to anyone who wants a top quality product backed up with exceptional customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in the future.

The picture looks great. It is a heavy crystal that I'm sure will be loved by the recipient who recently lost her mom. My only concern is that the crystal came with a blemish which I thought was a sizeable scratch. I tried to wipe it with the supplied cloth but it didn't go away. I had to wet a cloth and wipe it, so I'm not sure what exactly that was. I suggest a quality check before shipping.
